Estimated Salary and Compensation

• Consultant: AED 90,000/month all‑inclusive. Total AED 1,080,000 – 1,560,000/year.
• Specialist: AED 50,000 – 75,000/month all‑inclusive. Total AED 600,000 – 900,000/year.
• General Practitioner: AED 30,000 – 45,000/month all‑inclusive. Total AED 360,000 – 540,000/year.

Compensation will vary depending on clinical grade (Consultant, Specialist or GP), Emergency Medicine qualifications, UAE licensing status, years of post‑qualification experience, tertiary hospital and trauma centre exposure, procedural competencies and leadership responsibilities.
