Sessional input into two neighbouring community mental health teams 2 Days into Derwentside CMHT based at Derwent Clinic, Shotley Bridge, and 3 days into Bishop Auckland and Dales CMHT based at Auckland Park, Bishop Auckland. Consultant psychiatrist for community mental health team - duties to include assessment, diagnosis and management of organic and functional mental health problems in older people, provision of clinical leadership within the team, adherence to relevant Trust policies and processes.
