Title: Consultant – Instructional Design & Facilitation

Key Responsibilities:

• Content creation for gender transformative education (GTE)projects
• Create training workshops, tools for GTE projects including for partners
• Project management and stakeholder management
• Dissemination of reports, program information, program publications and process documentation on regular basis internally and externally
• Undertake field visits to conduct research and provide technical inputs and feedback to improve the quality of projects implemented on the ground

Specific Knowledge, Skill & Experience Required:

• Instructional design, and facilitation skills
• Should have publications and curriculum developed in their name, or co-authored
