Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of change requests and defect resolution across APAC markets, ensuring timely and high‑quality implementation.
• Capture business requirements and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver effective functional solutions.
• Partner with Change & Adoption teams and key stakeholders to support training, communication, and successful rollout of initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation (requirements, design, technical landscape) and ensure alignment with governance standards.
• Monitor Workday releases, track data metrics, and drive continuous improvements across HR systems and processes.
