Lead all site construction across 220kV transmission works including foundations, erection, stringing and earthing
Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors while managing daily work fronts, productivity and schedule
Drive safe execution, pre-starts and toolbox talks, ensuring compliance with permits, SWMS and zero-harm standards
Monitor and report on progress, schedule performance and construction quality with regular updates and forecasting
Interface with client representatives and project stakeholders to align on delivery and resolve site issues
Conduct field inspections and verification of completed works prior to handover
Manage ITRs, ITPs, hold/witness points and quality documentation through to close-out
Maintain as-builts, redlines and turnover packs, ensuring accurate project records
Oversee NCRs, defects and punch list close-out, driving timely completion of works
