Responsibilities
AssistingProject Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation andmonitoring of projects assigned from inception to completion on time andof desired quality. Manageand monitor site operations, workers and contractors. Responsiblefor leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, highquality and complete-on-time delivery of the organization's project andsolutions. Evaluateand resolve any discrepancies and problems arising at the site. Supervisethe site works on a day-to-day basis and issues relating to a givenproject. Liaisewith subcontractors and ensure timely completion of all works according toquality specifications and work schedule. Conductregular inspections and assess the work performance done by allsubcontractors. Manage,supervise and coordinate site works and workers shift work and weekendduty is required. Providepractical coaching and training for new workers.
