ResponsibilitiesThe Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all field operations for a large-scale, fast-track residential project from groundbreaking through TCO. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Day-to-day field supervision of all construction activities, including oversight of subcontractors and third-party vendorsMaintain and drive the project schedule, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact the timelineManage the project budget through expense control, approvals, and timely review of submittals and deliverablesServe as the primary field point of contact for inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and city and county officialsCollaborate closely with internal Project Managers, Design Managers, and Development Managers to keep all project goals on trackReview construction document packages for procurement and develop detailed scopes of w...
