Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily site operations and coordinate construction activities.
  • Monitor work progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site workers.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
  • Inspect workmanship and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Prepare daily site reports and update project progress.
  • Liaise with Project Manager, consultants and clients.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and manpower allocation.
  • Resolve day-to-day site issues.
