Position Overview
The Construction Site Manager (CSM) will maintain a full-time on-site presence at the Bethpage project location and oversee all field operations. This role is responsible for ensuring construction activities are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications, with a strong focus on heavy civil and pipeline work.
Key Responsibilities

+ Maintain a consistent, full-time presence at the project site to oversee daily construction activities

+ Lead and manage field operations, including subcontractors, labor crews, and site personnel

+ Ensure all work is executed in compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations

+ Coordinate and supervise pipeline installation activities, including layout, excavation, installation, and backfill
