The Construction Service Foreman/Service Technician plays a key role in warranty work, client service, and small projects. This position is responsible for performing and overseeing repair work, closing out construction projects, and managing small-scale projects with a high degree of craftsmanship and professionalism.
This role blends hands-on technical skill with strong coordination, communication, and supervisory abilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing subcontractors, performing light carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing and interacting with clients, and upholding premium quality standards in high-end residential environments.
