Working experience in Singapore minimum 8 years required 
SketchUp & AutoCAD knowledge needed 
Renovation site management experience (both commercial & residential) 
 Responsibilities  Project Planning & Scope Understand client requirements, design goals, and budget 
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables 
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and engineers 
  
Budget Management Prepare cost estimates and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) 
Track expenses and control costs 
Approve vendor invoices and manage payments 
  
Contractor & Vendor Management Hire and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers 
Negotiate contracts and pricing 
Ensure timely material procurement
