Description:
Two Project Coordinators / Back Office Support resources to support new-build projects and associated construction (Cx) programs.
The resources will manage high-volume administrative, scheduling, and coordination tasks that currently exceed team capacity.
Positions exist to streamline project lifecycle workflows-from initiation through closeout-allowing Project Managers and Cx Managers to focus on field execution and strategic oversight.
Coordinators will primarily perform documentation, tracking, validation, and stakeholder coordination activities essential for project continuity and timely delivery.
Work will support multiple Cx programs, including IOA, existing conduit, and new-build/underwrite conduit initiatives.
