Job Description - Preparation of MEP project schedule and planning using Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project in accordance with the master schedule of main contractor.
- Monitoring of progress of the MEP work schedule against master schedule and implementation of delay recovery actions where necessary, in consultation with project director/manager.
- Update of site progress of MEP and builder’s works with as-built work programme and photographic records to check against master implementation programme.
- Tracking and analysis of delay events or Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
- Assisting in the preparation of EOT claims.
