To understand all project schedule and requirements in order to perform overall planning, installation scheduling, co-ordination, management and overseeing the project and site activities to meet time and quality targets
Coordinate activities of site personnel to ensure project progresses based on the project requirements
Attend external and internal meetings
Chair all Site Management meetings and manage capture and issuance of meeting minutes
Attend scheduled meetings with clients and work closely with PM and Project Controls on the project construction schedule
Manage and update the project progress with quantity surveying and status to PM and Project Controls timely & frequently
Plan and manage off-site and on-site installation activities
