Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in the PUB and Pharma plants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with particular emphasis on coordinating and supervising various aspects of infrastructure projects. Must have a minimum experience of 2-3 yrs in Steel Structural and Process piping erection works.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met according to specifications and quality standards. Monitor and control project progress, identifying and resolving any technical issues or delays that may arise.
