Primary responsibility is for the construction planning and scheduling prior to execution and implementation of the assigned project/s. The role is to ensure that the commencement, ongoing and completion of the project/s are implemented with accordance to the quality standards and approved target date of completion.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in construction management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management software, and safety regulations
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in both office and outdoor construction environments
