Job Description
The Construction Manager provides the onsite leadership, coordination, and direction for construction management activities. Duties include ensuring the project is on budget, schedule, and the design fits the requirements for the contract. May supervise field administrative staff, Field/Project Engineers and/or assistant Construction Managers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Facilitate the provision and taping of on-site training by the manufacturers for large equipment items (., Boilers; HVAC systems):Ensure manufacturers training for specialty equipment in Food Services, Maintenance, Control Rooms, and Health Care services is provided, and documented.Assist in facilitating the identification and organization of owner-supplied and installed items of equipment and supplies to ensure the facility is operational upon the clients acceptance.
