Construction Manager – Data Centre Project

We are currently supporting a large-scale data centre project (60MW) in Mäntsälä, Finland and our client is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery.

This is a key site-based role, acting as the central point of coordination across contractors, stakeholders, and the client during the construction phase.

The Role

As Construction Manager, you will take ownership of on‑site execution and coordination, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high standard.

You will be responsible for managing multiple contractors and interfaces across disciplines in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
