Job Description
As a Construction Manager at Tesla, you will play a critical role in managing and executing construction projects from inception to completion. This position involves close collaboration with various departments including Project Management, Infrastructure Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering, ensuring that all on-site construction activities are effectively supervised and aligned with project specifications and timelines.
Responsibilities
• Develop project scopes for execution across Mechanical, Process, and Plumbing scopes.
• Lead construction and startup systems, review designs for constructability, and quickly resolve technical barriers.
• Monitor project costs and expenses, comparing actuals against the budget while identifying cost-saving opportunities and suggesting value engineering alternatives.
