A degree in Landscape Architecture, or a related field applicable to the project scope; fifteen (15) years of experience as a construction inspector, including five (5) years in a lead or senior inspector role, may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Minimum seven years of experience in construction practices, procedures, and inspection, to include three (3) years of quality control management and/or construction quality assurance oversight on DoD construction projects.
Experience with civil/site development, landscape/site improvements, golf course projects, and/or similar outdoor recreational facility projects.
