Description JOB DETAILS: CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN-SITE SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a competent & experienced Technical Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at work sites. As a Construction Foreman, your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate projects at worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an appropriate & efficient manner.
Construction Foreman duties and responsibilities - Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
- Making & maintaining a team of Masons, Carpenters, Painters, Helpers and Other Site Workers
- Allocating general and daily responsibilities and resolve problems when they arise
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment’s, cost estimates & evaluations
