We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the estimation process, ensuring accurate and complete cost estimates for assigned projects.
Responsibilities

+ Manage document control and review all estimate information, including requests for quotations, internal requests for estimates, correspondence, drawings, and specifications.

+ Prepare a work breakdown structure for project estimates.

+ Coordinate and track estimate progress, ensuring all requirements are met with necessary parties.

+ Conduct quantity verification and develop computerized takeoff sheets to accurately identify all costs.

+ Identify potential risks and betterments for each project and report findings.

+ Solicit wage determinations from labor union representatives and pricing from material vendors.
