Construction Estimator (Junior / Intermediate) Paramount Services Ltd. is seeking a Construction Estimator in Winnipeg. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in construction, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, project coordination, or estimating and a strong desire to build a long‑term career in construction estimating.

Working directly with the Senior Project Manager/Estimator, you will receive structured training and mentorship during your first six months, gaining hands‑on experience in commercial construction, mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and foodservice projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.

Perform quantity takeoffs and measurements.

Assist in preparing detailed project estimates and budgets.

Request and compare pricing from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.

Help prepare bid submissions, proposals, scopes of work, and estimate clarifications.
