About the Role
You will be the strategic lead for all commercial and financial aspects of the company's MEP projects. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee both pre- and post-contract management to maximize margins while mitigating contractual risks.
Responsibilities Lead the full contract lifecycle management process, including pre and post contract administration, tender evaluations, contract negotiations, variation orders, and claims management. Ensure full compliance with regulations and statutory requirements set by BCA/MOM, and other relevant authorities. Manage main contracts and subcontract agreements to ensure timely execution, effective risk management, and back-to-back contractual alignment. Prepare, review, and manage contractual correspondence, notices, claims submissions, and complex cost variation documentation.
