Identify, analyze and develop responses to financial risks and work to meet the monthly KPI
Track the project schedule, outstanding claims to be submitted, prepare/update value of works done and prepare/adjust claims done by sub‑contractors and follow up closely
Checking sketches, drawings, photos, LIDAR measurements and quantities for accuracy of calculations for all claims
To keep track and monitor the works order issued, validity and progress of the projects
Work closely with the Project coordinator to determine the valuation of work done at site and be responsible for the submission of timely claims, substantiate the basis for each progress claim up to the settlement of variation and rejections until approval
