Responsibilities

• Receive and check‑in/check‑out guests during night shift.
• Assign rooms optimally and manage special requests (VIP, mobility impaired, children).
• Prepare and control arrival/departure listings, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Handle telephone inquiries, wake‑up service, messenger, correspondence, and newsprint delivery.
• Resolve and forward guest complaints to maintain satisfaction levels.
• Exchange foreign currency and perform daily cash register audit.
• Process billing for all consumptions and services provided to guests.
• Conduct evening audits and administrative reception tasks, including file control of credit reservation bonuses.
