AT’s Consent Planners undertake and manage the statutory consent process undertaken by Auckland Transport for our projects. We work closely with our Project Managers and our consultants to deliver the consents and other approvals needed.
We can work on small projects with a big impact like road widening for safety improvements and larger more complex programmes like the Supporting Growth Alliance and Eastern Busway Alliance and City Rail Link.
We work with our consultants, NZTA, Alliances and engineering firms to determine the project requirements and review and approve the consent documents before managing the post‑lodgement phase with Auckland Council, Heritage New Zealand and other approvers and in some cases, we prepare the applications in-house.
