Responsibilities:

Research, analyze, and assist in resolving conflicts of interest related to new matters and lateral hires

Review client and matter intake forms for accuracy and completeness

Conduct and evaluate conflicts searches using firm databases and systems

Summarize findings and communicate key conflict issues in clear written reports

Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to address and clear potential conflicts

Monitor shared inbox and respond to urgent conflicts and intake requests
