We are looking for a Tech Lead / Scrum Master with strong expertise in the .NET ecosystem to lead development activities and drive application modernization initiatives.

Profile

• 6+ years of experience in .NET development
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead
• Solid experience in reverse engineering, application modernization, or technology migration
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead development and ensure code quality and best practices
• Act as Scrum Master: facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove blockers
• Coordinate the team and act as a bridge between cross-functional teams
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction
