CMDB Management & Maintenance: 
Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow CMDB.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of CI (Configuration Item) data through audits and reconciliation.
Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards for CMDB.
Configuration Management Process Ownership:
Define and implement configuration management processes, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align CMDB data with organizational needs.
Monitor and resolve issues related to CMDB performance and compliance.
Integration and Automation:
Lead integration of CMDB with other ITSM/ITOM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
