            Operational Management  Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations across assigned residential strata developments 
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality property management services to all clients 
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain property standards and identify maintenance requirements 
Implement and maintain operational management systems in accordance with established organizational standards 
Prepare and present management proposals for prospective clients 
 Team Leadership & Development  Supervise, guide, and mentor property management staff across multiple sites 
Conduct performance appraisals and annual salary reviews for direct reports 
Participate in recruitment and selection processes for team members 
Organize and allocate resources effectively across portfolio 
Prepare staff rosters ensuring adequate coverage during holidays and absences
