            Key Responsibilities  1. Property Operations & Maintenance  Supervise the upkeep and maintenance of the condominium, including common areas, facilities, and security. 
Conduct regular inspections and ensure that repairs, servicing, and upgrades are completed on time. 
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and facility management. 
Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and building regulations. 
 2. Financial & Budget Management  Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance, security, and operational expenses. 
Oversee billing, collection of maintenance fees, and financial reporting. 
Ensure cost-effective management of resources and vendor contracts. 
 3. Resident Relations & Customer Service  Serve as the primary contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and disputes professionally.
