**Responsibilities**

+ Review and understand project details, including budgeted man-hours allocated to specific tasks.
+ Plan daily work activities to maximize project efficiency and profitability.
+ Install, repair, and erect fixtures and structures made of wood for commercial projects.
+ Smooth, level, and professionally finish freshly poured concrete for flatwork applications.
+ Perform commercial concrete finishing and carpentry on small to mid-sized buildings such as strip malls, schools, restaurants, and office buildings.
+ Lead and direct finishers, carpenters, and general laborers to complete work safely, on time, and to quality standards.
+ Use mechanical and construction tools and equipment correctly to perform concrete work, including forms, pours, and related tasks.
