The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the organization's primary desktop support specialist. Manages all aspects to include planning, acquisition, installation, training, and troubleshooting of hardware and software in support of organizational users. Responsibilities Manages and maintains unit client hardware. Performs installs, upgrades, and software maintenance. Serves as unit's network security officer. Provides guidance, assistance, and training to internal/external customers.
