• Develop and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with BNM and SC regulations
• Ensure all products meet Shariah compliance standards and ethical finance principles
• Conduct regulatory impact assessments for new product launches
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and legal counsel
• Implement and monitor AML/KYC policies and procedures
• Train internal teams on compliance obligations and best practices

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years in regulatory compliance within financial services
• Deep knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations (BNM, SC, AMLA)
• Understanding of Shariah governance frameworks
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field
