Compliance Officer – Zürich

Full‑time, Hybrid (remote or office in Zurich)

As Compliance Officer, you will take full operational ownership of grape’s compliance framework across Switzerland and Liechtenstein. In a fast‑growing insurtech scale‑up, you will balance regulatory rigor with business pragmatism, serving as a trusted advisor while building a scalable compliance infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Risk management: Own and maintain grape’s compliance risk universe across data protection (FADP and GDPR), economic sanctions, third‑party oversight, anti‑bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, and fraud prevention.
• Tooling: Own grape’s compliance tooling, driving automation and process improvements to build a scalable compliance function.
