            Compliance Functions and Leadership  Serve as Metabit’s designated compliance function head under MAS licensing requirements. 
Lead the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, monitoring, and training programs. 
Act as the MAS liaison, managing inspections, filings, and regulatory correspondence. 
Review and approve new activities, products, and markets from a regulatory and compliance perspective. 
 Trading and Market Conduct Surveillance  Design and operate trading surveillance systems to detect market abuse, spoofing, front‑running, and MNPI risks across the firm’s global strategies. 
Administer personal account dealing and MNPI control frameworks for Singapore-based and remote‑access staff. 
Partner with risk and trading teams on pre‑ and post‑trade monitoring and control enhancements.
