            Responsibilities  Develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures. 
Monitor and audit business activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and internal policies. 
Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop/implement corrective action plans. 
Conduct internal investigations and resolve compliance issues. 
Provide guidance to staff on compliance-related matters. 
Stay up to date with regulatory developments within and outside the company. 
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall compliance culture. 
Risk Management: Proactively identify compliance risks and implement action plans to address and prevent issues. 
 Qualifications  Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar role. 
Strong knowledge of pharma regulations and compliance standards
