Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating compliance policies and procedures 
Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments 
Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions 
Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies 
Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters 
Stay up to date with regulatory changes and industry developments 
Support internal and external audits 
Perform any other duties related to EHS and operational support as assigned
