Role & responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify operational, financial, and regulatory risks
  • Ensure compliance with regulations like AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer)
  • Develop and implement internal policies, SOPs, and control frameworks
  • Monitor transactions and activities to detect fraud or suspicious behavior
  • Perform internal audits and compliance checks across departments
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports to authorities (e.g., Monetary Authority of Singapore or UAE regulators)
  • Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure adherence
  • Stay updated with changing laws and regulatory requirements
