Summary:

Ensure that Reg W / A-related affiliate aged invoices are reflected in the bank's MUAH cash collateral and quantitative limits calculations.

Ensure that Reg W / A-related daily overdrafts (and quarterly reporting results) are reflected in the bank's MUAH cash collateral and quantitative limits calculations.

Review weekly Affiliate Transaction Reports to identify any new affiliate/SRC activities to determine whether Transfer Pricing or Compliance review was required and, if required, obtained (as evidenced by a covering Transfer Pricing Catalog).
