Position Summary

The Compliance Administrator collaborates with compliance offices across NYU’s global network of campuses to align processes and ensure consistency across programs. Serving as a key administrative resource, this role provides guidance to faculty, staff, and researchers on routine conflict of interest (COI) disclosure questions and related matters. The Compliance Administrator reviews COI disclosures within the Cayuse Outside Interests module to ensure compliance with research security disclosure and reporting requirements and escalates potential areas of concern to Office of Conflict of Interest leadership. This position identifies and documents emerging risks to support adherence to federal, state, and university-mandated laws, regulations, and policies.
