We are looking for a caring and reliable Complex Support Worker in Hull to make a real difference in the life of a gentleman with MND, he is tracheostomy and ventilator dependent, Peg fed.

Part time/ full time 12 hour days, 7am to 7pm.

• Delivering safe, high quality personal and clinical care in line with the individual's care plan.
