We are hiring a Physician for our Complex Care Program to deliver direct virtual patient care while leading interdisciplinary teams. This program serves high-risk patients through an AI-enabled interdisciplinary model combining virtual and home-based care. Our cutting-edge AI technology enhances your clinical expertise, enabling you to deliver exceptional care to your most complex patients. You will serve as the clinical cornerstone of the care team, providing excellent patient care at critical moments including initial visits welcoming them into the program, and transitions from hospital to home.
