The company is developing custom hardware that brings computation closer to memory , unlocking significant gains in latency, energy efficiency, and scalability. The compiler stack is central to this effort, translating real-world workloads into hardware-efficient execution paths.

They are now looking to hire a senior compiler engineer to help define and build this stack.
