Duration: 6 Months +

Location : Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 remote in Deerfield Beach, FL

Compensation Operations Specialist



Overview



The role will focus heavily on operational and administrative support within the Compensation department, including:

• Managing the shared compensation inbox


• Organizing and streamlining inbox workflows and Outlook rules


• Triaging compensation-related inquiries through ServiceNow (HR Now)


• Routing tickets to the appropriate Compensation Advisors based on business unit


• Supporting data entry and administrative tasks


• Assisting with predefined compensation calculations and processes
