What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Acting as the primary subject matter expert for role structure and alignment across the organization
- Serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders on role clarity, positioning, and progression
- Providing guidance on pay-related decisions, including offers and internal alignment considerations
- Conducting data-driven reviews to support consistency, equity, and competitiveness
- Translating complex frameworks into practical guidance for a wide range of audiences
- Supporting ongoing education and understanding of rewards-related programs
- Partnering with regional and functional stakeholders in a global environment
- Helping ensure programs remain current, practical, and well understood over time
