What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Acting as the primary subject matter expert for role structure and alignment across the organization
• Serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders on role clarity, positioning, and progression
• Providing guidance on pay-related decisions, including offers and internal alignment considerations
• Conducting data-driven reviews to support consistency, equity, and competitiveness
• Translating complex frameworks into practical guidance for a wide range of audiences
• Supporting ongoing education and understanding of rewards-related programs
• Partnering with regional and functional stakeholders in a global environment
• Helping ensure programs remain current, practical, and well understood over time
