Own job descriptions and the market pricing function. Evaluate positions across the organization by developing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate and compliant position descriptions. Partner with leaders to create new descriptions and/or revise exiting descriptions to reflect restructures or other organizational needs.* Assess organizational structural changes to gauge their impacts on positions’ market price, exempt status, level, and internal relativities.* Participate in compensation surveys and utilize survey results to inform compensation decision-making. Provide data-driven pay recommendations based on market data and internal pay equity.* Ensure compliance with Federal, State and other regulations.
