Support the team to ensure effective implementation of the compensation and benefits structure, changes and amendments in line with company strategy and market competitiveness
Becomes an SME to the STI and LTI structures and programs across the Group.
Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing and analyzing compensation-related data to support internal decision-making. This includes helping prepare models to simulate salary, bonus, and benefits scenarios under guidance
Prepare data sets to support our market benchmarking activities.
Support in setting the companys pay and benefits structure.
Assist in preparing a program budget and operate within that budget.
Support the day-to-day administration of Short-Term Incentives (STI) and Long-Term Incentives (LTI), including data preparation, tracking, and employee communication.
