Reporting to the Director, APAC Total Rewards, the role will be accountable for the APAC benefits portfolio and compensation for key markets in the region, with a primary focus on Malaysia.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits policies and programs.
- Maintain compensation and benefits policies and provide a knowledge base to local HR team to support executions and operations.
- Partner with HR team as compensation and benefits expertise to provide related consultancies and knowledge to people managers.
- Develop or participate in compensation and benefits surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.
- Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation and benefits administration and recommend appropriate courses of action.
